There are several varieties of canaries, and although most of them are <strong>yellow<\/strong>, there are many colors such as green, orange or red. Depending on the species, the song is different, and some of them are really spectacular.<\/p>\n<h2>Care<\/h2>\n<p>The canary is a small bird but it also requires <strong>special care<\/strong>, and the first requirement is to acquire a suitable cage. We must not forget that the <strong>cages<\/strong> must be functional and spacious, and we should not focus so much on presentation or decoration. The best are the metallic ones, which can be fixed to the wall.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> location<\/strong> of the cage is another important aspect. We should not leave our friend in the currents, in the sun or within reach of other animals, if we have other pets. The cage should be <strong>covered<\/strong> with a cloth or cover at night.<\/p>\n<p>Another basic aspect of keeping a canary is the <strong>cleanliness<\/strong> of the cage, since feeders, drinkers and accessories must be clean to avoid <strong>infections,<\/strong> and accumulated droppings must be removed frequently.<\/p>\n<h2>Feeding<a href=\"https:\/\/mundocachorro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/canario-verde.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-160\" src=\"https:\/\/mundocachorro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/canario-verde-300x213.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"213\"><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>As far as <a title=\"Specifications for feeding cats\" href=\"https:\/\/mundocachorro.com\/en\/specifications-for-feeding-cats\/\">food<\/a> is concerned, the canary generally eats <strong>birdseed<\/strong> or other seeds such as oats.
