That is why we have prepared a guide with the factors to consider before purchasing a cat carrier.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">What a cat carrier should have<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Size. The size of the cat carrier should be large enough for your cat to move around comfortably. For example, it must be able to stand, as well as turn and lie down without restrictions. A reference could be that the cat should at least have room to turn around inside the carrier.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Material. It is essential that the carrier for your cat has adequate ventilation holes to provide good air circulation. This way your kitty will be able to breathe easily and feel comfortable during the trip. The door of the carrier must have a lock that does not allow it to be opened accidentally during a trip. This allows the cat to feel comfortable during the trip. Always consider comfort, safety and functionality when making your choice.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Recommendations<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If your cat has never used a transport of this type, it is important to get it used to it beforehand. For example, you can start leaving the equipment indoors. This way your cat can inspect it at its leisure. Try putting a blanket with its scent inside, so it will enter the carrier of its own free will.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Then you can make short trips with your cat inside, until it gets used to going out with this device.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the other hand, if the trip is by car and long, you can take regular breaks so that your cat can stretch, rest and drink water.
