That is why in this article we have prepared a series of recommendations and tips so that you can feed your tortoise in the best way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Of course, the first thing you must do is get to know your tortoise. For example, you must know their species and age. It is important to know that nutritional needs vary according to the species of turtle. Research the specific characteristics of yours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In addition, young turtles need more protein to grow, while adult turtles require a diet richer in fiber. Thus, knowing the age of your tortoise is important to offer it the best food in the right rations.
